Statistics.com, an established online learning platform from Elder Research, entrusted our creative team to rebrand their visual identity and reshape their sprawling, free-content–heavy website into a refined, trust-building student experience. I drove the visual direction, working closely alongside Logan (who also contributed to design), bringing clarity, coherence, and brand warmth across every touchpoint.
The Challenge
The platform comprised over a thousand poorly organized pages—valuable for SEO but frustrating for users. With rich free resources cluttering the site, the brand felt dated and lacked emotional connection. Our task: transform traffic into loyal students by crafting a unified brand voice and digestible structure that elevated credibility while making navigation and conversion effortless.
The Solution
We began with immersive discovery sessions to understand the team’s depth and personality—discovering that Statistics.com offers data and AI instruction longer than Harvard, yet brings humility, wit, and passion to the table. I led the visual evolution by designing a refined geometric logo derived from the original, then extended those visual motifs across a rejuvenated site layout that feels intelligent, inviting, and clearly organized .
The Result
When launched (May 3, 2023), the newly branded site projected authority and warmth, making the platform feel both credible and human. The streamlined structure improved usability and conversion clarity, while the refreshed logo and visual system created a cohesive, modern experience that resonates with students and reinforces the legacy of expertise behind Statistics.com.
