S.P. Richards, a B2B wholesaler of everything office with a long history, came to us with a semi-established visual brand, but it was only displayed in their marketing and their website was not positioned to tell their great story and value. We took care to clearly define their identity, tell their story and how best to display their unique set of services and values within the highly competitive industry. I still keep in touch with their marketing director.
The Challenge
SPR’s old website was functional but uninspiring. It buried conversion opportunities, relied on generic visuals, and spoke in a stiff, repetitive tone. Built on outdated technology, the site struggled with speed, SEO, and usability. The brand felt like it was standing still, when SPR needed to showcase its scale, credibility, and ability to evolve.
The Solution
I redesigned the website from the ground up—simplifying navigation, elevating content, and giving SPR a fresh design system and brand voice. The site migrated to WordPress on WPEngine for stronger performance and flexibility. I also helped establish an audio/visual brand identity, adding movement and personality that extended SPR’s story across web and multimedia platforms.
The Result
The new site launched as a conversion-focused, modern brand platform. Prospects could now quickly see SPR’s value, while existing customers enjoyed a cleaner, more efficient experience. The refreshed identity elevated SPR’s reputation and gave the team a scalable foundation for future growth. For me, it was proof that a single designer can spark a meaningful transformation.
