A consultancy, this client's B2B services literally resembled stock photography. While their mission and values were clear, visual identity was a desk stacked with documents. Given carte blanche, we came up with a visual brand and website to emphasize their approach and expertise.

The Challenge

One of the challenges in marketing a B2B consultancy is that there are no products or processes that they sell. It is always based on the client's situation and needs. That "blank slate' suddenly became a black hole. What I discovered by walking back through all my conversation with the client was that the brilliant and experienced individuals on their consultant team were the product. So a new balance of highlighting K&B's mission and team within the brand was a must.

The Solution

Through a branding workshop with K&B, involving a range or exercises, we helped them discover an identity that we could expand upon to for their brand, website and ad campaigns. We found that their clients often came to them in a time of crisis but that language did not shed light on their positive nature. "Love the challenge" spoke to their potential clients with encouragement. We developed a cohesive brand identity for Elegant Pack, including a new logo, color palette, typography, and visual elements that conveyed luxury, quality, and sophistication. The redesigned website featured high-quality visuals, elegant typography, and a refined color scheme. Interactive elements and streamlined navigation enhanced user engagement, ensuring a unified and professional appearance across all digital touchpoints, including the website, social media, and marketing materials.

The Result

The new brand identity and innovative digital design significantly enhanced K&B Globals industry position. The standout brand image resonated with their target audience, leading to increased client acquisitions and engagement.
